- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support for personal travel arrangements and logistics.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Responsible and attention to detail.
- Open minded and willing to learn.
