- Provide 1st Level Support as the initial point of contact for users of customs applications, including incident logging, categorization, and resolution of standard issues.
- Deliver 2nd Level Support by performing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical problems in close collaboration with the national IT team and business stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication with the Service Desk and escalate cases appropriately to maintain service continuity.
- Support the integration of local customs systems and customer connections into existing applications.
- Completed vocational training as IT Specialist or equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in IT support aligned with ITIL standards.
- Proficiency in handling Flatfile, XML, and Webservice interfaces/messages.
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, Java, and SQL.
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style combined with reliability and commitment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in customs clearance and logistics processes is considered an advantage.
