This will also be responsible to assist on specific HR initiatives or programs within an organization, rather than ongoing, daily HR tasks. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, often with defined start and end dates. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects align with overall business objectivesMain Responsibilities:Assist employees on a day-to-day inquiries or concern related to benefits;Facilitate and ensure coordination between concerned government agencies and Probe CX (company) on relevant matters in relation to compliances;Secure clearances from various government agencies for purposes of conducting duediligence for the company and its entities;Collate and prepare the necessary documents/plans/studies required in applications for licenses, permits, clearances, certifications in relation to company compliancesQualifications:Graduate of Psychology, HR, or other related-coursesAmenable for a project-based employment of 5 monthsAmenable to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
