- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of all facilities within the region, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop facility management teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee the operational budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective management of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training programs.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contracts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Project Management: Lead facility-related projects, including renovations, relocations, and expansions, ensuring Projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align facility operations with organizational goals and objectives. Point of contact for the operations on sites.

- A university degree or professional qualifications in engineering, real estate, or facility management.
- More than 10 years’ practical experience in property or facility management.
- At least 6 years of management experience managing a team of technical and operations personnel.
- Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills.
