Job DescriptionSAP Consultants📍 Location: BGC Taguig, Midshift, Hybrid🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Job Levels: Associate | Senior Associate | Manager | Senior ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking highly skilled SAP Consultants across various domains (MM, FICO, SD, TM, ABAP, Basis, CPI, PP/QM, PM) to support our clients in delivering end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives. The ideal candidates will have strong functional or technical expertise, client-facing experience, and a passion for solving complex business problems using SAP technologies.Open Positions by Module & Level:

SAP MM (Materials Management)
SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP TM (Transportation Management)
SAP PP/QM or PP/PM (Production Planning/Quality or Plant Maintenance)
SAP ABAP
SAP BASIS
SAP CPI/PI/PO (Integration)

Available for the following levels:

Associates (1-3 years experience)
Senior Associates (4-9 years experience)
Managers & Senior Managers (9+ years experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Execute or support 1-2 full life cycle SAP implementations
Translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions
Deliver configuration, customization, or development within SAP modules
Provide support and enhancement services for live systems
Engage with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
Mentor junior team members (for Sr. Associate and above)

Required Qualifications (depending on role/module):

Hands-on experience in relevant SAP module (e.g., MM, FICO, ABAP, CPI, etc.)
1-2 full cycle SAP implementations
Support and enhancement project experience
Strong understanding of RICEFW (for ABAP roles), SAP BASIS administration (for BASIS roles), or SAP Fiori/S/4HANA (for functional roles)
Client and stakeholder management (mandatory for Sr. Associate and above)

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Certification(s) in respective modules
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration
Knowledge of complementary modules (e.g., WM, EWM, IBP, FSCM, etc.)
Familiarity with modern tools: Postman, Swagger, JIRA, Jenkins, Kafka, Prometheus
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Technologies/Tools (Depending on Role):

SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori
ABAP, RICEFW, CDS Views, ALDP
PI/PO, CPI (SAP Integration Suite)
SAP Basis, SAP RISE
DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps
Monitoring: Kibana, Prometheus, Kafka
Test Automation: Robot Framework, JMeter, Postman
