A proactive and collaborative Brands Key Account Manager helps onboard new brands, boost sales, and build strong relationships with key partners. Known for spotting growth opportunities, resolving client issues quickly, and developing creative joint promotions, they work closely with teams to deliver great customer experiences and drive business success. What You'll Do Plays an integral role in new business pitches, hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new brands. Monitor sales performances and propose action plans to hit targets. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Brand KAC partners. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the account's desires Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs related to account's market. Define the strategy and take actions how to increase productivity of his/her accounts. Look for cooperation with Mobile/Electronics/Home Appliances Manufacturer and together with Marketing dept. suggest join-promotion with these manufacturers. Identify and maximize new opportunities from within existing accounts such as campaigns or joint marketing effort. Create unique marketing proposition thru new product offers with POS Stream. What You Need To Have Minimum of 3-year experience in sales industry. Experience in the financing field is an advantage. Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course preferably Business, Management, marketing or any of the like.
