- Handling and coordination of customer complaints to responsible parties
- Handling and monitoring escalated customer complaints to IPC, Legal and DTI
- Maintain customer database
- Prepares Customer Complaint Report (CCR)
- Conducts and analyze Aftersales Survey (ASS), Sales and Delivery Survey (SDS) and PMS reminders
- Handling of telemarketing, customer engagement and customer retention activities to promote parts and accreditation certificates acquisition and renewal.
- Facilitating New Vehicle Releasing Orientation
- Receiving of Service Appointment and customer Inquiries
- Responsible for monitoring Dealers Official Social Media Accounts
- Prepare, Coordinate and Implement Customer Service Plans and Programs
- Prepares and submit Dealer Inquiry and Complaints Analysis (DICA)
- Conduct 5S activities in area of work place
- Attend relevant training programs offered by IPC
- Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
