Our people represent 90 nationalities and speak 80 languages.Position SummaryThe Marketing Technology Senior Coordinator forms an integral part of the centralized Marketing Technology function. The purpose of the Marketing Technology team is to optimize, integrate and support multiple technology platforms, processes and products to streamline and scale the Firm's Marketing & Business Development efforts. The team operates globally, supporting strategic initiatives ranging from client relationship management, email & event marketing, automation, product development and data & information management.The Marketing Technology Senior Coordinator is an experienced contributor with an intermediate knowledge of marketing technology related principles and processes with an emphasis on email marketing. The role is global in remit and involves the self-management of tasks and responsibilities to support the Firm's business development and marketing goals.Duties and Accountabilities1
  • Create and distribute client and alumni communications including alerts, newsletters, evites, thought leadership and surveys.
  • Collaborate with requestors and stakeholders across multiple teams and functions, both local and global, to ensure the effective and timely completion of tasks.
  • Address issues and concerns promptly, and adopt a solution-focused approach, always striving to improve working relationships and processes.
  • Be a trusted source of knowledge on processes, platforms and products within the Marketing Technology function.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the marketing technology processes, platforms and workflow.
  • Help identify opportunities to connect people, platforms, processes and products to maximize the potential across the marketing technology portfolio and improve operational efficiency, effectiveness and user adoption.
  • Support the implementation of new technology and change management initiatives. Researching, learning and testing new solutions and on boarding team members and other users.
  • Facilitate new joiner inductions, raising the profile of the team and our service offering.
  • Maintain the self-driven initiative to improve knowledge and technical skillset.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as necessary for the function.
QualificationsQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and marketing background an advantage; relevant Information Science, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or related discipline with technical experience would be a distinct advantage.
Essential Job Requirements and Qualities
  • Previous experience in running email marketing campaigns, list segmentation and campaign automation and/or data management, analysis and reporting, is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of client relationship management (CRM) principles and processes is necessary.
  • Knowledge of, or keen interest in, virtual and hybrid events, digital marketing and marketing automation is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills – written and oral – and the ability to work at all levels is necessary.
  • Previous experience working in an environment focused on continuous improvement - adapt quickly to new circumstances or priorities and willing to contribute new ideas.
  • Knowledge of coding languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS or SQL, is advantageous.
  • An intermediate understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA is necessary.
  • Experience in contributing to team projects, new technology rollouts or change management initiatives is necessary.
  • Experience training and onboarding team members and users is advantageous.
  • An understanding of UX/UI principles would be advantageous.
