Salary: P40,000 - 50,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)What are we looking for?Skills Required:
  • 2-3 years of relevant administration experience. particularly within the construction industry, is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Nice to have:
  • Australian Healthcare experience
  • CRM Proficiency
  • Familiarity with database management systems.
What will you do?
  • Assisting the pre-construction team with administration activities.
  • Liaise with external partners to coordinate client selections.
  • Processing client selection quotes from external partners.
  • Ordering quotes and requesting information for client builds.
  • Assist with progressing new home builds through the pre-construction journey.
  • Completing data entry of client tenders.
