- 2-3 years of relevant administration experience. particularly within the construction industry, is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Australian Healthcare experience
- CRM Proficiency
- Familiarity with database management systems.
- Assisting the pre-construction team with administration activities.
- Liaise with external partners to coordinate client selections.
- Processing client selection quotes from external partners.
- Ordering quotes and requesting information for client builds.
- Assist with progressing new home builds through the pre-construction journey.
- Completing data entry of client tenders.
