
Contracts Administrator (AU Construction, Office-based)

- 2-3 years of experience in contracts administration, project coordination, or similar support role (within construction industry)
- Familiarity with Australian contracts, standards, and business culture preferred
- Experience using ClickHome, DocuSign, or other contract/project management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret legal and technical documents and assist in drafting, reviewing, and tracking contract documentation
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Australian-based client support experience
- Software requirement - ClickHome, DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments (such as Sales, Client Liaison Officers, Drafting and Estimating) to gather all relevant documentation required for a smooth client contract signing process.
- Take initiative in driving solutions for internal collaboration to guarantee the accuracy, timeliness and clarity of client documentation and communication.
- In a timely manner, prepare and present accurate contract documents to the client facing internal team.
- Answer specific contract-based questions referred from client facing internal team and clients.
- Maintain and update contract records, ensuring proper filing and documentation management.
- Support process improvements related to contract administration and documentation.
- Provide administrative support related to contract management, including data entry, report generation, and correspondence handling.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the department's objectives.
