Description We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws. Responsibilities Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates. Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees and ensure they have the necessary resources and training. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support performance management processes, including goal setting and employee evaluations. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related inquiries. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or related field. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in Southeast Asia. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
