Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and accountable Sales Engineer to join our Sales Department. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical ambassador for Geoquest's geotechnical solutions, building trust with clients and stakeholders. Take full ownership of the sales cycle-from lead generation to technical proposal and closing. Understand client challenges and propose tailored, technically sound solutions. Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure alignment and feasibility. Monitor market trends and identify strategic opportunities for growth. Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events to represent Geoquest professionally. What We're Looking For Dedication and accountability: You take initiative, follow through, and own your results. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. At least 2 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or technical sales (exceptional fresh graduates may be considered). Strong interest and understanding of geotechnical systems such as MSE walls, slope engineering, and erosion protection Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for clients. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or geotechnical design software is a plus. Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
