Data Analyst

Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience (24 years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
