Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.Qualifications

Must be at least high school graduate
Must have at least 1-year Collections/Mortgage experience
Good customer service skills
Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
