What Makes This Role Exciting The HR Administrator will work closely with the local HR Leads, regional Business Partners, global HR Administrators and other functions in the HR team to ensure the business and employees are fully supported throughout the employee life cycle. This includes the onboarding & probation processes, HR policies & practices, employment laws, day-to-day support on HR queries. The successful incumbent needs to be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines. Main Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operational activities and support tasks to ensure smooth HR operations starting from preboarding to offboarding process of employees as follows: Initiate preboarding processes such as background check requests, JIRA tickets creation, etc. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including issuance of offer letters and employment agreements, scheduling of orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation and preboarding requirements are completed. Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring all exit documentation and processes are handled smoothly and in compliance with company policies. Handle employee movement activities such as off-cycle promotions, changes of line management, etc., ensuring accurate and timely release of necessary documentations or employee letters. Input, update, and correct employee records in various HR systems ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data across global offices. Administer employee benefits that include enrollments, changes, and terminations, and address employee inquiries related to benefits. Follow and support local, regional, and global compliance in terms of employment law and regulations in partnership with local HR Business Partners. Generate HR reports or dashboards and provide analysis for management review and visibility. Support process improvement initiatives for more efficient and streamlined HR operational processes. Help implement employee engagement activities and programs. Support the HR Operations Manager in strategic planning and execution of HR Shared Services goals and special projects, if any. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. Experience Needed For This Role Broad knowledge of human resources functions, key drivers, challenges, processes from onboarding to offboarding Experience in using an HR system or any HR/Payroll software is preferred Excellent Microsoft Office applications in general (particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel), with proven ability to learn new technologies People person with excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
