Manages and maintains a database of over 1,200 suppliers to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
Evaluates and prequalifies new suppliers based on established criteria and business requirements
Verifies prequalified suppliers to ensure correct categorization and alignment with sourcing needs
Collects and reviews essential supplier documents, such as business permits, SEC registration, financial statements, and other compliance requirements
Monitors document submission and compliance, and works closely with the accreditation agency to ensure timely completion of all accreditation requirements
Conducts basic financial evaluations to assess the financial stability and capability of potential suppliers
Handles internal and external customer requests, including reviewing and processing requests for supplier additions or deletions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
1-2 years of relevant work experience is an advantage, but not required
Open to fresh graduates with strong potential and willingness to learn
Results-driven, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
