
ACCREDITATION ANALYST

- Manages and maintains a database of over 1,200 suppliers to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
- Evaluates and prequalifies new suppliers based on established criteria and business requirements
- Verifies prequalified suppliers to ensure correct categorization and alignment with sourcing needs
- Collects and reviews essential supplier documents, such as business permits, SEC registration, financial statements, and other compliance requirements
- Monitors document submission and compliance, and works closely with the accreditation agency to ensure timely completion of all accreditation requirements
- Conducts basic financial evaluations to assess the financial stability and capability of potential suppliers
- Handles internal and external customer requests, including reviewing and processing requests for supplier additions or deletions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is an advantage, but not required
- Open to fresh graduates with strong potential and willingness to learn
- Results-driven, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
