- Adhere to digitization process & understand internal systems to support requests such as content asset uploads, complete syndication requests, coordinate with developers, and internal digitization requirements.
- Support digitization requests to keep both B2B and B2C Product Catalogues of the 3M company accurate and up-to-date:
- A. Celum upload, syndication, sales-aid requests
- B. Product specification updates
- C. Product information report extracts
- Ensure business teams understand digitization requirements and maintain constant communication with required teams to ensure product attributes and related information are defined and accurate.
- Support & enable marketing and digital teams in the management of digital content (ensuring accuracy and relevancy of information) required to drive the business’ presence, vision, goals and strategies.
- Adhere to QA processes and provide insight on processes. Active participation in training and self-training from new technologies and tools updates
- Ensures adherence to 3M policies, guidelines, and procedures as required for the effectiveness and quality of the services provided.
- Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project coordination.
- Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives.
- Leading processes through your product information digitization and management experiences including administrative expertise on corporate digital solutions, teamwork and project management skills.
- Understanding 3M’s product information management systems, its architecture and available solutions that support product data and digital information maintenance and syndication for internal and external use.
- Providing comprehensive consulting to business and project teams, as it relates to product data and digital asset management and development.
- Establishing objectives and metrics and transparency in results.
- Communicating with multiple stakeholders on key learning, project statuses and results on time
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in managing product information management and analysis systems for web or application development (Hybris, Celum, SAP Luminar, Adobe Analytics or equivalent toolkits)
- Strong Excel skills to analyze product data and digitize fast in utilization of global product information sourcing in an effective manner.
- Ability to understand technical design features and technical architecture as it relates to website and content development.
- Experience in driving operational excellence with multi-functional teams.
- Passion for improving own knowledge and skills and maintaining up-to-date web technology knowledge.
- Good interpersonal skills with proven success building relationships across all levels, internally and externally, including influencing senior decision makers.
- Experience analyzing and applying data to make decisions.
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills in English
- Knowledge in Mandarin language (Writing, Speaking, Listening, Reading are all required) for this role.
