Overview O&M support Center is currently responsible for the daily maintenance, repairment, relocation, fiber core quality and utilization management of all optical cables and related facilities of DITO nationwide, and maintenance and repairment work of the 16 submarine cables currently owned by DITO. If there is a proficient personnel in business staff to assist in the supplier resource swap work and daily maintenance work due to the surge in business demand, it will greatly improve the work efficiency of the project. Daily maintenance work involves communication with many private owners and government departments; there is also an urgent need for a professional who understands the basic operation and maintenance procedures of the communication industry and can properly handle simple SAQ related business to increase the business capabilities of the OSP maintenance team. Taking this replacement into consideration is important, without a replacement our team performance may experience challenges more workload from the team. Employment Standards Education : Educational background in communications engineering, project management or related fields Experience : Tier 1-2 technical operations role (or equivalent). Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with resilience, optimism, and dedication to mission-critical systems Traits: Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and commitment to service excellence. Key Responsibilities Summary and Report of Maintenance Operations: Able to systematically summarize and analyze daily O&M activities across all regions, and submit clear and accurate work reports in a timely manner Technical Coordination & Training : Liaise with regional teams to expedite fault resolution and provide technical guidance. And also address any potential SAQ-related issues and be able to clarify the relevant procedures for obtaining licenses and permits. Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate and exchange information with the network construction department, SAM, finance, procurement and other departments regarding the related work involving engineering projects and engineering specifications. Project Management: Full life cycle management of engineering and maintenance projects. Including but not limited to the control and promotion of the progress of related processes such as contract drafting, initiation of procurement requirements, contract signing, supplier payment, and arrival of materials. Ad-Hoc Support: Address urgent technical requests from cross-functional teams and leadership. Job Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting and presentations. Be able to read and analyze the test report files of the OTDR and identify the causes of faults. Analytical & Operational skills : Demonstrated ability to diagnose technical issues, interpret system data, and prioritize actions. Experience in coordinating multi-team workflows and managing incident tickets. Communication & Responsiveness : adept at translating technical details for non-technical audiences Proven ability to respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and drive solutions collaboratively.
