- Flexible scheduling within Monday to Friday, with required participation in preset client meetings and adherence to turnaround times for assigned deliverables.

- Perform reconciliations for accounts, bank statements, and financial records
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and growth
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Manage accounting workflows, ensuring timely completion of delegated tasks
- Collaborate with management to assess financial health and plan for upcoming periods
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and other accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience across multiple functions (reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, etc.)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time
- High reliability and professional judgment in handling sensitive financial data
