Description: Direct Hiring Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records. Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings. Coordinate with employees on income tax research and planning. Conduct periodic audits to guarantee accuracy in financial records, expenses, and savings. Organize and file all local income tax documents. Contribute to budgeting procedures. Regularly brief management on the financial records of the company and recommend solutions to improve results. Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes. Ensure you remain up-to-date on industry changes and changes in regulations. Respond to tax and acocunting related issues. Monitor and supervise Accounting Staffs to meed deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accoutancy A minimum of 5 years of proven experience Must be a Certified Public Accountant Outstanding knowledge of local and international regulations involving fx trading Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Computer literate and has the ability to perform basic tasks on the computer. Solid understanding of Accounting Software and MS Office Good communication and organizational skills Preffered place of residency is NCR Must be willing to relocate within Metro Manila if currenty residing in provinces.
