Job DescriptionAssist the management in clerical tasks such as scheduling, encoding, sending emails, answering phone calls, organizing files, etc.Ensure technical issues and other system-related concerns will be coordinated and resolved timely with providerAssist the management in clerical tasks such accurately encoding of data, organizing of files in a logical and manageable mannerCollaborate with the management to complete necessary tasks; work independently on delegated tasksPerform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.Ensure an organized and tidy workspaceMaintain and restock office supplies as neededMonitor and report any problems with office equipment
