
Account Manager

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and objectives to ensure timely and successful delivery of tailored solutions.
- Upsell relevant products and services to existing clients to enhance business value.
- Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast key account metrics and maintain accurate reporting on account status.
- Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on account performance and health.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to uncover and pursue growth opportunities.
- Proactively manage client requests, concerns, and escalations, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Drive client and staff retention strategies to foster organic growth and long-term partnerships.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong background in project management; experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and data reporting platforms.
- Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
