Our satisfied clients include corporations, government agencies, schools, retail stores, hotels and many more across Asia.Position Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. This role is dedicated to supporting our sales team with administrative and back-office functions to ensure smooth operations and efficient client servicing. While the main focus will be on supporting the Philippines sales team, occasional support across other Asian markets may be required.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM systems, sales administration, quotation preparation, vendor coordination, and report generation. This is a full-time, fully on-site role (5 days/week), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and pricing documents in coordination with the sales team.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to request pricing and lead times.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all client and deal data is properly logged.
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for internal use.
  • Assist with order processing, documentation, and coordination between departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
  • Support regional sales teams on an as-needed basis across Asia.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements in all administrative processes.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or back-office sales support.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
