
Sales Operations Specialist

- Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot & Other systems), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with tracking and organizing sales metrics, contact statuses, and pipeline reports.
- Perform internet-based research on prospects, including company info, industry verticals, and key contacts.
- Support the creation and formatting of basic proposals, site layouts, and security overviews using templates.
- Use tools like Google Earth/Maps and System Surveyor to support site evaluations and project layouts.
- Collaborate with the Sales Ops lead and sales team to ensure smooth deal handoffs and reporting accuracy.
- Attend team meetings, take notes, and summarize key action items.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation or streamlining.
- Entry-level; 1–2 years of experience in a sales operations, admin, or analyst role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail)
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Gong, Aircall, Intercom is a plus)
- Experience with mapping tools like Google Earth, Beautiful A.I. or System Surveyor is a plus
- Ability to follow directions, manage time independently, and hit deadlines
- Fully Remote, onsite training
- Shifts: Monday-Friday (11PM - 8AM), occasional weekends if needed
- Compensation: Competitive Salary of ₱40,000 - ₱50,000 (Depending on experience)
