- Own all technical aspects of Tender responses to ensure that it meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain Aviat’s products, solutions, or services to customers.
- Following up after initial contact with customer, securing and renewing orders, completing sales, arranging deliveries, and providing proof of concept (POC).
- Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineering.
- Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded products or solutions.
- Soliciting and logging customer feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
- Maintain a regular and open communication channel with the Product Line management and Product Marketing team and the other regional Technical Support teams.
- Candidate should have an Engineering or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5-7 Year Experience in the field of telecommunications.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, and able to articulate and express oneself.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sense of ownership and pride in one’s performance and its impact on company’s success.
