- Develop and execute an integrated PR and marketing strategy aligned with national growth objectives and the companys mission.
- Serve as a senior advisor to leadership on branding, media narratives, and crisis communication.
- Safeguard brand reputation, particularly in discussions around AI, digital identity, and trust.
- Lead proactive and reactive PR efforts, including media relations with local and national outlets.
- Act as the primary liaison with external PR agencies; coordinate press releases, interviews, and media briefings.
- Manage crisis communications and mitigate reputational risks.
- Oversee the creation and execution of localized marketing campaigns to promote awareness across digital, retail, and government channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, both digital and physical.
- Supervise content creation, design, and advertising efforts for social media, web, and print platforms.
- Drive digital engagement strategies, including social media, influencer partnerships, community management, and performance marketing.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, click-through rates, conversions).
- Collaborate with Government Relations (GR) and local government unit (LGU) teams to align messaging and support community rollout campaigns.
- Develop outreach initiatives focused on digital literacy, education, and privacy assurance.
- Manage external vendors, ensuring deliverables meet KPIs and timelines.
- Develop and oversee PR and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and measurable ROI.
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in PR, corporate communications, brand strategy, or marketing, preferably in tech, startups, or government-related sectors.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
- Experience executing integrated media campaigns (earned, owned, and paid).
- Strong understanding of public sentiment management, influencer ecosystems, and social media strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Filipino (written and verbal).
- Ability to navigate sensitive topics in public, government, or regulated environments.
- Background in B2C tech, fintech, privacy, or digital platforms is highly desirable.
- Passion for emerging technologies, ethical AI, and equitable digital access.
