Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Head of Communications and Marketing to lead our brand, communications, and marketing strategy—while also driving its execution. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with tactical implementation, making it ideal for someone who thrives on both planning and doing.You will be the architect of how our company communicates with the world across all channels, platforms, and audiences. From building a compelling brand identity to rolling out campaigns, managing teams, and aligning with company goals, you’ll be a key driver of growth and visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and lead the overall marketing and communication strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create go-to-market plans for products, services, and campaigns.
  • Identify and segment target audiences to ensure effective outreach and communication.
  • Balance big-picture planning with day-to-day execution.
Brand & Communications Management
  • Shape and safeguard the company’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling communication across all touchpoints—digital, print, events, PR, and internal messaging.
  • Serve as a brand steward and storytelling lead, ensuring the company narrative resonates internally and externally.
Campaign Leadership
  • Plan, launch, and optimize marketing and communication campaigns across channels (digital, events, influencer, print, etc.).
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics, including ROI, CAC, CLV, reach, and engagement.
  • Adjust tactics based on data insights and campaign results.
Market Research & Insights
  • Oversee ongoing analysis of industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Drive customer and market understanding across the organization.
Digital Marketing & Content
  • Own digital strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and web content.
  • Collaborate with internal or external creatives to produce content that drives brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure optimal online experience and presence across all platforms.
Team Leadership
  • Hire, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing and communications team.
  • Align team workflows and priorities with overall company direction.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, performance, and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
  • Provide communication support for internal initiatives, customer campaigns, and investor/stakeholder communications.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience owning both strategy and execution.
  • Strong background in brand storytelling, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Experience with data-driven marketing and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments; able to balance vision with hands-on work.
