Everything To Gain is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our evolving technology team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the architectural design and development of scalable software solutions that meet the dynamic needs of our clients. You will work closely with a diverse team of developers, account directors, ensuring the delivery of high-performance applications. If you are passionate about coding, solving complex problems, and leading projects from conception to deployment, we would love to have you on board!Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of new software applications and features.
Collaborate with product and project teams to establish project goals and timelines.
Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality output.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements

Extensive experience in software development and web design
Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience with technical projects and working in different types of frameworks, experience with Selenium framework is a BIG plus
Proven experience with building full stack applications and coding
Experience with creating headless browsers and HubSpot is highly preferred
