Job Responsibilities Monitor cases related to Complaint - Erroneous Consumption Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents (Service Contracts) Create FA/FO for inspections due to miscodes and illegal reconnections Process billing adjustments due to high consumption (HighCon) and erroneous readings Job Qualifications College graduate of any business-related course Preferably knowledgeable in CRM processes, CCB, MDM, and Zendesk systems Proficient in using Google applications Show more Show less
