- Workflow Management: Tight monitoring of all the workflows across all the regions to be performed daily and check if all requests are completed on a timely and accurate manner.
- Email request monitoring and assignment: Regular reviewing of the Email box and ensure the requests are completed as per SLA/prioritization of urgent requests and zero outstanding at EOD. Also need to ensure proper handover to the next shift with business justification for non-urgent requests.
- Bulk Request management: Ensure ETA is negotiated as per the standard SLA for all bulk projects and the same is completed by the team without any SLA breach. Also need to push back or engage relevant teams to renegotiate ETA/reprioritize the request.
- Responding to Escalation: Demonstrate quick and responsive approach for all the escalations and ensure to follow the hierarchy and keep Line manager and relevant management in loop in all the email communication.

- Ensure tasks are carried out within policies and procedures avoiding costs due to delays, compensation claims, operational losses i.e. minimize operational loss.
- Work efficiently with the customer to elicit change requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly and concisely.
- Adhere to established ANZ policy and procedures and display an understanding of project and program practices and governance.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project and governance processes.
- Display a positive attitude, operates with a collaborative approach, and actively support the team in successful delivery of assigned task.
- Experience within the financial services industry, regulatory compliance, Markets Product lifecycle. Quality assurance experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of financial services operations.
- Strong understanding of Markets Products and their Lifecycles
- Good understanding across regulatory requirements. Regulations like Dodd Frank, FATCA, CRS, EMIR, MiFID, and workflow tools.
