- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads (Search + PMAX)
- Strong skills in using platform dashboards and spreadsheets for reporting and tracking
- Independent working style with minimal oversight
- Coachable, adaptable, and growth-minded
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment (especially with early-stage brands)
- Experience running TikTok Ads
- Prior work with early-stage DTC e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with A/B testing, creative iteration, and performance-driven campaign optimization
