- Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a similar role, particularly in an eCommerce or Digital environment.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Good understanding of testing process and SDLC.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
- Experience working within an agile development environment, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of UX principles and how they impact testing and user experience
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, specifically in large-scale eCommerce or Digital platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC with demonstrated experience optimizing and improving testing processes.
- Extensive hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing tools, including designing automation test strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Extensive experience with multiple automation frameworks, including setting up and maintaining test automation environments.
- Exceptional communication, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies—including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of our website and the digital systems supporting it.
- You will monitor eCommerce operations, troubleshoot issues, resolve operational incidents, and support ongoing Digital enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, Business Analysts, Technology team, product managers, and UX/UI designers to define testing requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including third party agencies, Business Analysts, Technology team and other Key stakeholders to develop testing schedules and deliver merchandising requirements .
- Respond to and investigate operational incidents, troubleshoot issues, and escalate critical problems as necessary.
- Assist with resolving operational issues or delays and work with the retail teams and IT teams as required to do so.
- Responsible for executing delivery, price and priority logic lead times and supporting the Business analyst on business projects relating to it.
- Monitor overall ecommerce operational performance and online orders to business SLAs and desire customer experience.
- Support the Digital, Retail and Technology teams to ensure process compliance and adhere to the introduction of business changes.
- Support fraud screening performance including review times, review/rejection rates/amounts.
- Perform integration testing, functional testing, system testing, regression testing and application usability testing to ensure all website elements and supporting systems work as expected.
- Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
