We are committed to providing seamless and efficient solutions to our clients and fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment for our team.Position OverviewRecruitGo is in search of a Senior Accountant based in the Philippines.Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has excellent project management skills, a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Responsibilities· Responsible for performing standard bookkeeping and monthly closing tasks.· Bank postings in QuickBooks and Xero.· Reconciliation of bank accounts.· Reconciliation of other balance sheet accounts.· Bills and invoices processing.· Accrual analysis and adjusting entries.· Prepaids and fixed asset amortization and reconciliation.· Review of financial statements for accuracy.· Other tasks might be assigned as needed.QualificationsMust-Haves:· Has at least 5 years of experience in the end-to-end accounting and monthly closing process· Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping & monthly closing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role· Has worked in the BPO industry before
· Extensive experience in a BPO environment working on monthly closing activities that can also start to be coached/trained to be a team lead (depending on their performance)· Must have experience working the night shift· Ability to use multiple software applications and learn new ones quickly· Ability to document procedures, follow procedures, and identify process improvement opportunities· Excellent project management skills to ensure deliverables are completed on time· Accounting degree· Proficiency in Excel· Detail-oriented and analytical mindset· Excellent written and verbal communication skillsNice-to-Haves:· Quickbooks and Xero experienceWhy RecruitGo?RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
