As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, providing superior financial and accounting services. Duties and Responsibilities: Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including account and bank reconciliations, invoicing, billings, payments, bank uploads, finance logs, and report generation Prepare financial statements and other reports, involving cash flow, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies Execute month-end closing activities, involving journals, forecasting, and analysis Oversee entire client ledgers, proactively managing and resolving any discrepancies that may arise Provide comprehensive accounting services across all facets of the client&aposs business Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor&aposs degree in accountancy or any accounting related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position. Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online) and 10-key typing. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have a stable internet connection for a work-from-home arrangement. The designated work area must be in a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members.
