- Foster and sustain long-term client partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in line with overall business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams for effective sales execution.
- Drive revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion.
- Lead negotiations and close strategic deals.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement to enhance sales success.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity.
- Provide data-driven inputs for refining go-to-market approaches.
- Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Work closely with regional and global leadership teams.
- Promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the sales function.
- 12 to 15 years of proven experience in technology sales, preferably in BFSI or fintech.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with lending, digital banking, or transaction banking solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of local culture and business practices in Philippines is a plus.
- Self-driven, strategic, and hands-on leader comfortable engaging at CXO level.
