This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.Accountabilities:Establish manufacturing schedules/priorities for all productsSchedule in-house test operation, along with subcontract wafer fab, assembly and final test activitiesDrive manufacturing operations to achieve world class on time delivery performanceParticipate in worldwide capacity planning. Establish cycle time goals and achieve their attainmentCoordinate software planning and manufacturing. Drive enhancements to manufacturing softwareMaintain reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and procedures. Oversee the monitoring of daily/weekly die exports by product line and export type to ensure product line compliance with forecastsEvaluate and recommend changes in scheduling, planning, reporting and inventory control systems; aid and assist in the implementation of systems as requiredSelect, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the functionPlan, strategize and manage inventory and supply to execute and meet company goals such as revenue, delivery performance and cycle timeBuild strong partnerships with Sales and customer supply management team to enhance visibility into customer behavior and industry dynamics against supplyDevelop and implement forecasts for assembly and test suppliers/subcons to ensure capacity and material availabilityManage executive-level reporting and communication of forecast risks, opportunities, and challengesBusiness Review with subcon/supplier management top leadersDrive manufacturing excellence towards consistent Worldclass lead time and delivery performanceRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, supply chain management, business administration).Extensive experience in semiconductor planning, supply chain management, or related areas, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning. * Relevant experience or exposure to Wafer Fabrication is a mustProficiency in demand forecasting, production planning, capacity planning, and supply chain management principles.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.Ability to identify and resolve complex planning challengesLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
