Position : Customer Service Representative Work Hours (Client) : Training Schedule and Working Hours (First 2 Weeks): 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Philippines Time) (This schedule applies only during the initial two-week training and onboarding period.) As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding service via email and chat. If you&aposre a Shopify-savvy problem-solver with a love for pets and eCommerce, this could be the perfect role for you! Duties And Responsibilities Provide email and chat-based customer support for the New Zealand market. Manage customer inquiries through email and social media inboxes, ensuring accurate and friendly responses. Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, product information, returns, and more. Maintain professionalism and consistency while aligning communication with the brand's tone. Escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams for resolution. Identify and report recurring customer concerns to help improve processes. Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions to offer relevant and accurate support. Minimum Requirements Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills Education: Bachelor&aposs Degree (ideally) Experience: 2+ years of related experience Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support roles, with international eCommerce brands. Proven Shopify experience - this is essential. Exceptional written English communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone. Previous experience in email/chat-based customer service is highly preferred. Experience covering UK or international hours is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Dependable home office setup with reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
