What You'll Do Build, launch and optimise marketing campaigns using HubSpot Create and manage workflows, email nurtures, lists, forms, and lead scoring Set up LinkedIn outreach campaigns using the best tools on the market Coordinate campaign calendars with the team and ensure deadlines are met Monitor performance metrics and support monthly reporting What Makes You the Ideal Candidate Have 2+ years of experience in HubSpot or similar, building smart workflows, automation rules, and lead lifecycles Have hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools Are organised, reliable, detail-obsessed (very important, given the scale of our projects) and thrive with multiple moving parts Communicate clearly and enjoy working with remote teams Want to learn a lot!
