- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- System Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, operating systems, and applications.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve system and application errors, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Remote Assistance: Provide support to onsite and remote users using IT management tools.
- User Training & Guidance: Educate staff on proper use of IT systems, software, and protocols.
- Helpdesk Management: Log, track, and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- System Monitoring: Oversee system and network performance to maintain operational efficiency.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage IT access, equipment setup, and deactivation.
- IT Procurement Coordination: Work with vendors for hardware, software, and services.
- System Administration: Assist in managing platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Monday.com, Fortigate, Windows Server, CCTV, and IT Inventory
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and system administration tools.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Language: Proficient in English (verbal and written).
