
IT Helpdesk Support Staff

- Carry out daily IT operations, including system startup (Start of Day) and shutdown (End of Day), while following and updating documented procedures.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications, emails, and office equipment (e.g., desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, and mobile devices) across different areas such as conference rooms, meeting rooms, and department offices.
- Monitor and manage data center operations, including checking company assets, equipment, server room temperature, power supplies, and air conditioning units.
- Report and escalate incidents to the COL IT Infrastructure and Operations Teams.
- Document and report system or application issues found during monitoring.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports as required.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts if needed.
- Knowledge of computer network equipment (e.g., firewalls, routers, Cisco-managed switches, load balancers, hubs, and switches) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and any programming language is an advantage.
- Knowledge of software licensing and inventory management, especially for Microsoft products.
- Customer-service oriented, adaptable, and able to handle other related tasks when required.
