- Assist with general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Support audits and year-end closings
- Industry knowledge in Real Estate, HOA, or Construction is a plus
- Manage full-cycle A/P: invoice processing, PO matching, and vendor payments
- Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Reconcile A/P transactions and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams
- Experience with U.S. accounting systems preferred
- Lead month-end and year-end closings for multiple clients
- Oversee full accounting cycle and team workflows
- Conduct tax planning and filing (individual, corporate, partnership returns)
- Provide financial analysis and advisory support
- Ensure GAAP compliance and provide audit support
- Proven ability to work directly with U.S. clients and senior stakeholders
- CPA licensure (for Senior CPA role); strong accounting background for non-CPA roles
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar U.S. accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Reliable internet and remote-ready workstation
- Experience working with U.S. clients or firms
- Background in HOAs, construction, or property management accounting
- Familiarity with project-based accounting or job costing
