- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff.
- Coordinate and support various projects and administrative functions as requested.
- Handle phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
- Must have prior experience in U.S. Healthcare (REQUIRED).
- Familiarity with office management software and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in administration is a plus.
