Commercial Contract Support Specialist - 9-Month Contract Location: Pasig, Manila (Hybrid Setup) Schedule: Night Shift - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Manila Time) We are working with a leading global information services company to recruit a Commercial Contract Support Specialist for their Manila-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing global operation where your work will directly support contract accuracy, timely renewals, and smooth sales processes. The Role As a Commercial Contract Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for global and strategic accounts-from new agreements to renewals and amendments. You will ensure accurate and timely contract data entry, resolve client queries, and provide vital operational support to the sales function. Requirements Key Responsibilities Enter contract data into Salesforce (SFDC) for quote creation, particularly for large-scale subscription deals Manage new contracts, amendments, and renewals for strategic accounts Track case progress to ensure smooth processing from quote to fulfillment Partner with the sales team to address client questions on billing, products, cancellations, refunds, and account changes Provide clear, timely updates and insights to the sales function Participate in pipeline planning meetings and provide regular status reports Contribute to process improvements within the contracts team About You Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field At least 2 years' experience in contract administration, commercial support, or sales operations Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach Skilled at working in fast-paced, client-focused environments Highly organized with great attention to detail Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) Comfortable working night shifts and across global time zones Benefits Why Apply You'll join a collaborative, global team in a role that is critical to keeping operations running smoothly.
