
Events Specialist (1 year contract)

- Plan and execute innovative end-to-end event campaigns for the artists under UMG labels, working closely with the Marketing Services Head supporting both the international and local teams.
- Strategically plan and manage all event aspects- from creative concept to execution- ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and artist branding.
- Support live activations, monitor and track event deliverables ensuring all KPIs are achieved.
- Scout and coordinate with vendors, services and experience providers and venue partners to ensure all elements of the event are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and present campaign decks and post-activity reports with performance metrics, insights and learnings.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on timely approvals, updates and marketing material localization.
- Use data and social insights to guide audiences targeting and experiential strategies.
- Stay on top of music, pop culture and event trends to constantly elevate fan engagement efforts.
- 2-3 years of experience in events management for music or entertainment-related fields.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional campaigns and vendor ecosystems
- Passionate about music, live shows and fan culture.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills; comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in event planning, agency/vendor coordination and reporting.
- Familiar with digital marketing platforms and basic creatives tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
- Agile, adaptable and solutions-oriented
- Data-savvy with an ability to interpret campaign insights
- Deep interest in pop culture, artist branding and global and local music trends.
