- The position of a Sales Trainer is pivotal in fostering the development of essential competencies and skills in individuals to optimize their professional performance. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in guiding trainees through the learning process, ensuring they understand the objectives of the training clearly and professionally. You will be responsible for cultivating a supportive learning environment where individuals can grow and excel in their roles, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least completed second year of college coursework is required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in training and development, preferably within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Must have experience in handling Sales Campaign
- Minimum of 3 years total experience, at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in facilitating training within call centers or sales-focused environments is essential.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry products and the ability to effectively train sales agents on these offerings.
- Ability to document and analyze training reports and trackers for continuous improvement.
- Exemplary problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail are vital for this role.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, managing tight deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.
- Basic presentation skills are necessary, along with sound communication, stress management, sales acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
