Assist Financial Planners in conducting client meetings and gathering financial data. Research financial products and strategies to ensure recommendations are in the best interest of the client. Analyze client information and prepare cash flow analyses, investment projections, and retirement planning scenarios. Develop comprehensive financial plans and reports for clients, including but not limited to investment strategies, estate planning, risk management, and retirement planning. Draft written advice and provide technical financial planning support. Liaise with product providers and other third parties to gather detailed product and service information. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial legislation, market trends, and product developments. Utilize financial planning software to model financial scenarios and create reports. Collaborate with the administration team to ensure that all paperwork and client documentation is accurate and complete. About You . We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, or financial planning. Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is highly regarded. Proven experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within a financial planning or wealth management environment. Strong understanding of financial strategies, products, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
