- Ensure orders are being filled in properly with the logistics tool and shipped timely and accurately.
- Staffing and supervising the Logistics and Fleet Specialists.
- Provides clear direction and general guidance for Logistics Team.
- Formulation and implementation of procedures and ensures that these are translated and enforced into action to meet operational goals.
- Develops and implements business process initiatives to optimize team operations in accordance with overall business objectives.
- Help analyze current operations and make recommendations on ways to improve.
- Supervises and provides weekly reporting.
- Maintains the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending to and resolving customer issues.
- With logistics/supplychain experience
- Similar with LBC/J&T/Lazada etc experience.
