- Process and finalise finance settlements efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth settlement process.
- Manage and track settlement transactions through COG – Settlement Portal.
- Review and verify financial agreements and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients to retrieve required documentation for finance processing.
- Conduct background checks and ensure all settlement conditions are met.
- Maintain and update financial records, reports, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing professional and timely support.
- Work closely with sales teams, understanding the role's connection to the sales process.
- Assist in process improvements and proactively manage settlement pipeline
- 6 months – 2 years of settlement experience in finance, banking, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience dealing with lenders is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with clear pronunciation and good pacing.
- Customer service experience with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with financial agreements, contracts, and loan calculators.
- Willingness to work an additional day on the weekend if the last day of the month falls on a weekend.
