Field Risk Officer

- Conduct regular field audits and inspections to monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify potential risks related to credit, fraud, and operational inefficiencies in field activities
- Investigate and report incidents of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance in the field
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Risk teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
- Support the onboarding and training of field staff on risk awareness and control procedures
- Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, incidents, and recommended actions
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and internal controls
- Monitor and analyze field data to identify trends and potential risk exposures
- Assist in improving policies, processes, and controls to minimize risk while enabling business objectives
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 2+ years experience in risk management, audit, or compliance, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, often in field environments
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software
- Must be living in Bulacan, Tuguegarao, Cavite
