- Creation and development of effective training curriculum and programs with complete resource materials and follow up follow through activities
- Efficient training reporting and analysis that will show impact to business results
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Education, Psychology, Communications or Marketing
- At least 5 years work experience in training and development, with preference to Life Insurance, Finance or Banking industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development
- Advanced knowledge on MS PowerPoint Application and MS Excel Application
- With exposure to training sales leaders
- Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
